Once you book with us you will receive a welcome packet full of planning resources including a detailed and thorough questionnaire for us to build your perfect wedding day timeline!
SIMPLICITY Package
Wedding Coordination
This package is great for those who have everything planned but could use some help with putting the details together, as well as someone to take the lead ensuring your wedding day runs smoothly. Also known as “Day of Coordination” or “Month of Coordination.” The heavy coordination work begins 60 days before your wedding date – but you can always reach out to us for any planning questions!
This package includes
- Up to Three (1) Hour Planning Meetings
- Review of Vendor Contracts
- Budget Analysis & Review
- Confirmation of wedding arrangements : ex. delivery dates & times with all vendors.
- Curation and Distribution of extremely detailed wedding day timeline to all vendors.
- Management of the flow and timing of the wedding day
- Set up of all personal items
- 1 Lead Planner & Up to (2) Assistant Coordinator’s on Site *Depending on Guest Count
- 12 + month checklist for your planning process
- Rehearsal Coordination
- Access to Bridal Emergency Kit

ROMANCE Package
Partial Wedding Planning & Coordination
This package includes all of the services provided in the wedding coordination package, but also with more help before the big day with heavy planning and coordination starting up to 6 months before your date. This package is great for those who have a good idea of what they want for their day, but need help finding remaining vendors, creating a floor plan, help with RSVP management and more.
This Package includes all of the above as well as:
- Budget Review & Management

- Attendance of Vendor Meetings
- One Lead Planner & One Assistant
- Up to Five (1) Hour Meetings

LUX Package
Full Service Planning & Wedding Coordination
The Deluxe Package includes all of the services in the previous two packages. This package is great for brides who have no idea what they want for their wedding. I will help guide you through the process, help you stay on budget, find ideas and inspiration, find the perfect venue and vendors. I will be here the entire process to make sure you have the dream wedding you always wanted! With an unlimited amount of meetings & communication, you can be confident that you are in good hands!
Full Service Planning & Coordination services begin as soon as you book – to ensure all things are checked off. We manage full communication with vendors, guide you and create your wedding design and more.

Behind the Scenes Photo & Video
Are you too excited to wait to see your wedding photos and videos? That’s where we come in! We record all of the moments of your wedding day from our iPhone 14 Pro Max & DJI Pocket Osmo 2, and deliver them to you less than 24 hours after your wedding day! Perfect to share on social media, and the ability to relive your day right after!
